Sleep Problem?

I always go to bed quite early (9pm - 10pm) and i'll find myself waking up in the middle of the night (12am - 3am) and its hard for me to go back to sleep again. how can i solve this problem??Sleep Problem?
try going to bed a little later maybe your body does not need as much sleep as you think
WATCH WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK BEFORE YOU GO TO BED, SOME FOODS WILL KEEP YOU AWAKE AND CAFFEINE WILL ASWELL
try going to bed a little later and make sure you don't have much fluids as they will wake you to go.
The prescription lunesta helps with this, I take it sporadically.
Usually makes me sleep in about 30 minutes and I sleep much deeper than normal.will cause you to dream more though since you are in a deeper stage of sleep.more dreams.some good, some not so good.
I have found it to not be addictive and I do not feel groggy the next day, in fact even with only 6 and a half hours of sleep I usually feel more rested than if I lay in bed for 8-9 hours tossing and turning. I don't advise to take the meds all the time, but sure can help if you need some real sleep.
Good Luck
Make sure you get tested for sleep disorders before taking any medications. It might be dangerous to take medication if you have a problem.
