Summer when we are getting older, is it an essential to have sunglasses? does it help to prevent wrinkles?
Yes, wrinkles from squinting and cataracts on the eyes also.
Sunglasses not only help to prevent wrinkling around the eyes they also help prevent sun damage to your eyes as you age.
Being exposed to sun does cause intensified deteriation of your skin. Always use block with a high SPF, protect your eyes and your ears. Ears are notorious spots for skin cancer related to sun exposure.
I always wear sunglasses, year round during the day, each time I am outdoors. It helps to prevent squinting and the wrinkles that result for that, also, it shades your eyes so that you don't get that blind spot from too much light dilating the pupils.
Sunglasses are recommended to help block harmful rays,
less squinting to block bright light from eyes resulting in less wrinkles around eyes.
Also use sunblock on any exposed skin.
Less wrinkles: sunblock, moisturizer, plenty of water, enough sleep/rest, avoid smoking, go easy on caffeinated and alcohol products.
Yes because it stops us squinting also a good sun block helps to stop wrinkles
Yes. Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water.
