Sun poisoning?

yesterday i was laying outside with my friend from 10am to 1:30 pm in the direct sunlight. i've heard that the sun is the strongest around noon. i came home in so much pain and was the reddest i've ever bene from sun burn. i have really fair skin, and i'm on birthcontrol which makes your skin more sensitive to UV rays. my eye lids are swollen and my entire body is very red and hurts alot obviously. i've been told that if you get sun poisoning to a certain degree, you throw up. i threw up one time last night and once this morning BUT i just looked up sun poisoning all over the internet and NOWHERE did i find that a symptom of sun poisoning is throwing up. is it normal to throw up when you have sun poisoning?Sun poisoning?

I would go to the hospital, sun poisoning isn't something to play around with, it can cause all sorts of nasty side effects- it's better to go get yourself checked out. If you decide not to- make you sure keep and eye on yourself, keep yourself hydrated and if your symptoms change, go to the ER
