Well a few hours ago I got this horrible stomach ache... It is like I am dizzy and I am going to throw up I keep going to the bathroom and hugging the toilet but only a little bit comes out. I have to go right now because It hurts soo bad please someone help me.Stomach ache! HELP!?

Go get some Pepto Bismo. It helps me alot. It is for indigestion, upset stomach, nausea, diarrhea and heartburn.
