Sport health?

how does sport keep us healthy mentaly and phsically? thanks :DSport health?
In order to participate in sport you need to be fit, therefore if you intend to take up playing tennis, get fit first. Otherwise your opponent will wipe the court with you. Therefore the chosen sport is motivation to get fit. Mentally, well do you walk on a tennis court to loose? You have a opponent who you might know, or might be a stranger. Therefore you have to learn to read your opponent and that ability really helps outside of the tennis court. Therefore not only are you using all the fitness, but you are using your brain to try and out maneuver your opponent. Likewise, your body will make endorphins the feel good factor and even if you play the same opponent ten times, eventually you will WIN and that is a boost to the self confidence!
athletics obviously keeps you physically active. mentally, the decision making/game plans involved with sports keeps you keen. whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, sports are a great way to mentally and physically keep you engaged.
