Swollen and painful arm?

My lower left arm gets swollen all the time and it can be really painful, there is a huge difference in my left arm from my right arm...what does this mean and is it dangerous or anything like that?Swollen and painful arm?
yeah, theres an erythema in there, blood has clott inside and the flow of your circulation may readily change at the time it had swollen, u must see a doctor immediately before youll lost it

Try this. Take a deep breath counting to 5. Hold it counting to 5. Release it counting to 10. Do this 25 times. Do the same thing but closing one nostril, breath in though the open one and releasing it through the other one(you will have to open it first while closing the other one using your fingers). Do this 25 times each. Try breathing with the help of your diaphragm ie, when you breath in your stomach should buldge out keeping your chest normal. Do this for one week.
