Sore Nose Syndrome?

Is there anyway to keep my nose from being in pain from blowing it..?Sore Nose Syndrome?
yes..i have found that putting carmex(sp) in any sore part of my nose helps...this is from experience or else you know what else works good? well let me tell you it is called aquaphor and it is for dry, cracked or irritated skin. i use it on all sorts or things including my nose when it is sore.. i wouldn't lie to you either... good luck
Since tissues are made from wood fibers they actually tear the skin. Use a tissue with lotion in it like Puffs with lotion. It really helps prevent the soreness. Even a little bit of vaseline on your nose can help.
