The nerves in the sides of my head(temples) keep twitching on both sides, any suggestions?
see a doctor they'll know for sure make sure if the first one u go to is bad then go to another one which is good to find out. i used to have that to its no big deal
Time to destress! relax and get a warm bath or treat yourself to a movie or a date. Take time for yourself. if you feel like there is another problem talk to your doctor they have the best advice. Sometimes ur nervous system tritches because of a pinches nerve or another problem! Good luck and get better!
I think they are not nerves but blood vessels. If this is true, you may have migraine. Any questions, ask me.

That twitching feeling is just like your eye lids twitching or your muscles. It's called nothing to worry about. It's just a nerve spasm, don't worry your not going to have a aneurysm. If your to concern call your local help line nurse. Peace Brownies
