Taking Lorazepam...?

what is the average dose? I take .05 mg but it doesn't seem to help me much.Taking Lorazepam...?
0.5 mg is a standard dose. if it isn't working for you I suggest you talk to your doctor about it. they may want to try a different medication. do not start taking additional pills before you talk to your doctor, it could do more harm than good. give the meds a hance and tell your doctor how you feel, there are other meds available.
if it were myself. I would take 1mg twice a day
