Sleep Paralysis...(only people who have it please read)?

I have sleep paralysis. I know I do because come on. This is something you don't need to go to the doctor to get diagnosed with. It's obvious. But anyway, I always panic every time I am in an episode. Omg it's horrible. I begin to sweat every time because I am panicking so much. Is there anything I can do to try and wake my body up faster in the middle of these episodes? Sometimes the static that you hear because your ears are basically clogging themselves up so you can sleep better...(a bodily function while you sleep) is so loud that my ears hurt so much! Ive tried moving my eyes side to side quickly, i've tried falling asleep with my toes together so when I wiggle them, my other foot will feel it and wake me up, etc. Help! So scarey!Sleep Paralysis...(only people who have it please read)?
omg...My son(14) & I (30) have "episodes...I have since I was 12...SO SCARY...you cant talk, move,so much fear like someone is on there with you...all I can say is, try not to be so sleepy.get adaquate rest...even naps..but be careful..mine have occured with naps.as hard as I know it is, just try to lift your arm, orgo to sleep in a different postition.it used to only happen to me on my back.Sometimes aon my sides now...when you pull out of it,shake your head & try a different position.that helps keep it from coming back.Just go with it.it wont last long & YOU KNOW NOTHING IS IN THERE TO HARM YOU...even thogh the sounds are sooooo real..ya know?go to sleep a little earlier..I hope you can cope with this..it chas taken me years.a sleep clinic told me on the phone its part of narcolepsy...?maybe..I get very very tired like i am gonna passs out most days...ANYWAYS...good luck & do research on the puter...
maybe try to make yourself slip into a lucid dream state so that you can take control of the dream and end the nightmares ---
