Swallowing Mouthwash?

I was just wondering if there is any danger in swallowing [certain amounts] of Listerine (mouthwash). I have found that gargling it with a sore throat has been the best thing to numb the pain. There were a few occassions where I have swallowed it though, and there is no label on the bottle to warn against it.Swallowing Mouthwash?
Not sure, try not to do it again...
i dont think so. well depends on how much you drink =)
Na, it's just alcohol and some other toxins
Maybe if you drank a whole bottle... But say even once a week, it aint gonna harm you
Toothpaste on the other hand... Don't swallow too much of that stuff... Won't kill you or anything, but oh geeze you'll find out
Listerine and many other mouthwash contain a certain amount of alcohol. Swallowing it on occasion is not bad but if you do it too often, it may become habit forming. Alcoholics who run out of money or are unable to buy alcohol will drink mouthwash to get their fix.
