i go tanning alot and my friends always say that tanning beds cause career?

Yep it's true...instead use tanning lotion. They are much healthier for you and they even moisturize your skin at the same time!

I am not sure what you mean by "career" Tanning beds are not recommended for fair hair and fair skinned people, just like the sun the Raye's can eventually cause skin problems. If you use a tanning bed and have moles that you see change color or size see a physician immediately. Also using a tanning bed can cause you skin to have a leather look as you age.
