Sinus infection or Allergies?

Hey all, I have been coughing up a lot of phlegm lately. I have also noticed that when I hold my nose a blow to then pop my ears it feels that there is pressure, whats wrong and is there any medicine I can take for this? thanks!Sinus infection or Allergies?
Well as a sufferer of allergies and sinus infections I would take mucinex to break up the phlegm, and for the sinuses take sudafed as directed..When your sinuses get full they put pressure on your ears, head and jaw.Hope you feel better soon..
ok this is gross but if your snot is green its an infection and you need to go to the dr for an antibiotic
if it is clear it is allergies.

this sounds like a sinus infection. your ears pop because your sinuses are connected to your ears thru tubes that balance pressure on your eardrum. When you have a sinus infection, the tubes get clogged. You should see a doctor or take some sudafed.
the best for an sinus infection is to drink lots of fluids and probably thera flu sinus medicine liquid kind it helps you rid of it and it helps you sleep
