If you think so list what a punishment could consist of, and if you do not please list some details on why not. One example I think of is the 2 or 3 year old who was over 100lbs a couple of years ago.Should obesity in children be a crime?
A crime for who? The child who is obese or the parents who allowed the child to be obese? I am hoping that you mean a crime for the parents because usually obesity is due to not feeding your kids right and as a result they get overweight due to not eating from the right food groups. Kids that are clearly overweight because of their parents need help. I think the punishment should be that social services sends in someone to monitor the child once a week to make sure the chld is getting better. If the situation does not get better after a while then the parents should lose custody of the kids for a while.
I don't think so. A 100 pound 2-3 year old is horrible, and really there is no excuse for that...except for any disease or something that is causing it. I don't think it should be a crime because it's not something that can't be changed. That 100 pound 2 or 3 year old can lose that weight. Crimes such as rape, murder, burglary, etc can't be changed. What's done is done. I definetly do think though that the parents should have a little more control of that child!
Obesity in children is not a problem. most of the children as they grow they loose their weight. till the age of 8 also obesity is not a prolem. but further if it continus the same dieting and exercises are suggested.
your a sick **** you know that go burn in hell
