Should I just go to sleep now? Headache/Stressed/Depressed?

Due to stressed induced insomnia last week my sleeping schedule has been turned upside down. I slept all day yesterday and woke up at 9 last night. Now it is almost 7 o clock am and I really want to go to sleep because I have a headache and I'm really stressed and upset. The only thing that is stopping me is that I've had around 1200 calories (about half from vitamin water, I thought it'd help me feel more energized) and I've been VERY lazy. All I've done is sit at the computer reading and web-surfing. I feel like I really need to exercise and burn calories before I go to sleep, because I've heard that going to sleep right after having ate is bad. So...what should I do?Should I just go to sleep now? Headache/Stressed/Depressed?

Forget about calories etc...just go to bed. No need to put more conditions on your actions. Sleep is restorative. Start fresh tomorrow.
Go to sleep but, set an alarm clock to wake you, after a few hours. You need to reset your sleeping schedule.
I think sleep is the best medicine for the said symptoms...take rest...
Get off your but and away from the computer and go for a jog, get some exercise and you will feel much better
Going to sleep right after eating is not a bad thing. It is not going to hurt you.
If you are really tired, and don't mind sleeping the day away, then you should go ahead and go to bed.
If you would really rather sleep at night, try to keep yourself awake..do whatever you need to do..but try to keep it as something to do around the house.
If you are that tired, you should NOT drive...

bugger the excercise...you sound like u need the rest...try getting yourself back to normal.good luck!
