Should I have surgery?

my labia are longer then normal and hang out probaly a half inch. I am very self conscious considering I am not yet sexually active and may be soon. I am 20 and me and my boyfriend have gotten to the point where are ready to sleep together howvever I fear he'll be turned off by my longer labia. I guess Im just comparing myself to porn stars. I wish I had the closed look and do men notice this?Should I have surgery?
Men don't take notice of things like that...If they do...they will probably like it.
They showed a similar surgery on Dr. 90210 before. Being a man myself, I think some guys do look at things like that, and some don't. Its just a matter of personal preference. Your boyfriend may or may not like it. It really depends on how it looks and if he really cares about the visual.
I don't think it really matters whether or not he will like it. I think a more important question is "How do "YOU" feel about it"? Is it something that you feel self conscious about? If the surgery will make you feel more comfortable, sexually, and you think it will help you be the best "YOU" that you could be, then I say go for it! People surgically change things about themselves everyday to give them more confidence, and I know your situation is a serious one for you. Nothings wrong with wanting a change.
You should do whatever will makes you feel confident and comfortable in the end, but if it doesn't bother you then I wouldn't worry about it.

Are you nuts!?! Dont have surgery! The bigger it is, the sexier it looks. Personally, I think if you had surgery, it would look much less attractive. The phrase "less is more" certainly doesnt apply in this case. Leave it alone. Please!
