Should I claim disability?

I have brain atrophy and enlarged sulci and gyri. I am able to work 25 hours a week and take care of my toddler, but that's about it. I am debating whether I should apply for disability because it would provide medical care and treatment that I cannot get now. I have no insurance, and medicaid does not kick in until I pay the first $600. Any advice is appreciated. :O)Should I claim disability?
I had to get on disability my self last year. Be ready for a long aggravating ride. I was turned down 4 times (twice w/a lawyer) I'm sure that U will qualify but U gotta have a lawyer that takes their money off the top of what U get. There is a set amount that they can get, it's fair. I suggest you see the doctors , keep receipts & document everything that u do & can't do anymore for help with getting Ur lawer with you. I would take the disability, especially if it takes care of any medical treatment, as in this day and age, medical is so expensive.
