has sex and tore some skin wile having sex. a day or so later after i got back from work witch i do sweat alot there i noticed pimples on my penis are they just pimples or something worseSmall white pimple lookin bumps on my penis?
Two possibilities come to mind. Pimples in that area tend to be only around the hair shafts, AND THEY LOOK LIKE PIMPLES. Small whiteheads, just like any other skin area. As long as the skin itself isn't infected (cellulitis - redness of the surrounding skin, and swelling/tenderness if advanced case, which needs antibiotics), mild cases will resolve on their own.
The other possibility is genital warts. They don't look like whiteheads, just thickened bumps of skin. THOSE need to be treated before they spread.

well men can get pimple looking thing down there and they seem to be filled with pus and hurt badly. Some of these have to do with injuries and rubbing (friction) while sweating. Try changing the type of underwear, maybe something tighter that hugs it more. But Id still me safe than sorry and go to the doc, and make sure you get tested. We dont need to be unknowingly passin around diseases. Most are curable. This also fits symptoms of a disease.
