Why is it that when i work out my face turns pale? I thought exercise is supp to improve blood circulation? My lips are pale most of the time too but my skin tone is olive so i don't look very good. Anyone?Skin experts or whoever?
Marlene. Do not continue to work out without seeing a physician. Tell him/her exactly the same thing , you may need to have some tests done in case you have an obstruction somewhere... you don't want to have a stroke or an embalism. Always better safe than sorry...Goog luck, friend
Yes again...please see your doctor.
It might be that you're not getting enough oxygen. I'm asthmatic, and my lips will turn very pale when I'm having difficulty breathing and am not getting enough oxygen. That's just a guess though--your doctor will be able to tell you the RIGHT thing in much more detail.
