Should i take a shower before using the oxy cleansing pads?

i recently just bought the oxy cleansing pads : 90ct maximum strength and am wondering when is the best time to apply it onto my acne and face.Should i take a shower before using the oxy cleansing pads?
Whenever it doesn't matter just use them regularly.
Use them in the morning after you shower and again at night before you go to bed.
