Should I be concerned about hearing noise in my left ear?

It only happens occasionally, like when I get up too fast and sit back down, or when I yawn. It's very soft, as if it were far off. It's like static, but less harsh, and only happens in my left ear. Should I be worried?Should I be concerned about hearing noise in my left ear?
I wouldn't worry too much, it's probably a bit more wax in that ear or a little fluid. If it starts to affect your hearing, I would see a doctor.
not really.. probably not a big deal but u might want to see a doctor if it gets bad
