Somebody passed gas in my office building now i feel strange?

after i got back from my lunch break a coworker (farted silently) i inhaled the gas and i developed a rash on my face i am now hallucinigating and feel like everybody is out to get me.. what did i breathe Help me!Somebody passed gas in my office building now i feel strange?
